I really like the third episode. It's definitely not for kids......
I watched it all in one sitting. graphic on some of them is awesome. Stories are captivating. I like the Marines episode. shit looks real as fuck. The one with the Star Trek chick is pretty good also.

Just finished watching it.I enjoyed all the episodes except for the last two.The Hitler episode was boring ass fuck....
The entire anthology, all 18eps, might be 4hrs. If you don't have that kind of time.... On a fuckin weekend no less, then you need to reevaluate some shit.
Not everyone watched them all at once, but sums did. It's no big deal. Niggas drink and smoke and do other shit all the time utilizing the same amount of time bullshitting with friends/fam be if not more. Perhaps cinema isn't your thing but a few hours over a weekend is fine. Not all of us have square gigs either.....myself included. I work for myself.

Lol! I gotta long list myself of stuff I'm behind on but I'll eventually catch up. My schedule is just a bit hectic right now but it's all good. That's why I like all the On Demand episodes of the latest hot shows. I'm so used to it I have a hard time getting into shows filmed or scheduled live. I think Netflix and BGOL downloads spoiled me over the last few years and pretty much permanently changed my viewing habits.
Perfect example I'm JUST now getting into "Stranger Things" just a few weeks ago.
Yeah, they used live action cinematography on that one and overlaid it with CGI.
If they were to make an Akira movie I think they should go with that exact look. That way you can use whatever actors you want but stay almost true to the Asian aesthetics of the movie.
