You're getting behind/under the wheel, then you hear the car start......and keep going.

It's only a couple seconds to go from start car, shift into gear...... then GO......

WTF did you think he was going to do, just sit there and wait?

But a real special shout out to ole girl, since that was probably her car.

She watched her dude commit vehicular assault, then remained calm allnwhile guiding him/her car away from the scene of an accident. Give her her misdemeanor!!
