I know i'm gonna get clowned but this shit is started to make me a little nervous.

Brother just turned 28, and started to develop noticeable "Man boobs"

it seems to be a very common thing especially as you get older! seriously can anyone shed some "constructive" things i can do to combat this embarrassing problem?

could be just fat or could be gyno aka gynecomastia which is when males actually develop some organ parts in the breast - that shit will only go away by surgery
if your bodyfat is low and you still have titties go see a doctor

2nd,,, you're only 28, that's not old. You have a little more estrogen than is needed in a man so the fat gets stored in your titties, like a female.

some stats

I'm about 5' 11" 190 lbs...i don't think thats "fat"

and i work out sporadically once every 3 weeks! (i know thats bad gotta pick it up!)

and as far as how big now, about the size of a "grape"

Get your diet in order and hit the gym. If you cant hit the gym go buy a jump rope and do some fuckin push ups. That shits unacceptable man. And your attitude is disgusting.

Man you know we was gon clown anyway. But in all seriousness though, start a workout plan and stay dedicated. Get your cardio on, you don't have to start heavy, but ease into it. Start with light jogs until you graduate to atleast running 30 minutes straight. With exercising you have to make a sacrifice of what you eat. The biggest mistake people make is they will workout but keep the same unhealthy eating habits, and keep adding on the fat.

You on any kind of meds? High blood pressure med? Meds that might have some form of steroid!
 
Yeah - you need to work out more. Just be careful with the diet too.

I hit the gym 4 - 5 times a week and focus on heavy cardio and then some chest/back/arms work on the free weights and machines. Mostly cardio there (putting in 40 minutes on the bike - hills - approx. 15 - 16 miles per visit).

6'3", 205lbs yesterday
Usually 6'3", 202lbs
I need to work on my chest/back more though ... my arms are alright
