I don't watch this show, but maybe there's a practical reason.

Marriages don't last and white women tend to have more inherited wealth than Black women. Perhaps the Black men auditioning are playing the odds and hoping they can stick it out long enough for a healthy settlement with a monthly check.

If so I can't be mad at anyone trying to reclaim their stolen wealth. It just sucks that you have to go through so much bullshit to get it.

Well said. Blacks can be with who they choose if they just do the proper paperwork. My sister is my beneficiary to a lot of my stuff. If I were to marry I would adjust my investments and my will to reflect that. Blacks don’t prepare. Just spoke with a mortgage guy yesterday about a policy to pay off my mortgage in the invest of death. Shit less than $50 a month. So my sister and her kids get a free crib if anything happened to me.
