Thunderbolts* is gonna do NUMBERS. I'm seeing it twice the same night.
Mission Impossible breaking 500M potential 700M
Ballerina going 350M-400M EASY I think word of mouth will be good and it will be in theatres for awhile
Dragon doing 700+ potential billion (adults gonna go see this without their kids)
Elio doing 500M+ and may have legs and creep to 700M if reviews are good
F1 may sneaky do 800M worldwide (dark horse pic) but 500M is a VERY good number
Jurassic if the reviews are good doing close to 700M worldwide if not? woo boy.
Superman... I really don't know. It just can't be BAD and can't flop lets say 500M+
Smurfs... 250M worldwide if Rihanna in it? I need to know the EXACT weekend. This could go EITHER way.
Fantastic Four don't need to do a billion. It needs to do better then the last Captain America. and be CRITICALLY lauded and its fine.

I don't know bro... all of a sudden I feel like Marvel should have found a sweet spot to give it more breathing room. No franchises or superhero movies anywhere near it.

I'm nervous.

But we also have to consider ALL THESE DATES COULD CHANGE.

I think you are spot on with numbers on Mission, Ballerina, Jurassic and Smurfs; I think F1 will do around 300-400; I think Dragon will do 400-500;
Fantastic 4 has to be good because of the 2 previous bad movies; they cant afford it not to be good; it would completely ruin the franchise; so i expect it to be highly reviewed

Something about F1... especially how well it has been received from NEW fans via the Netflix series.

It could SNEAKY be a hit.

And I think 400M would be a GREAT number.

Thunderbolts is the first major movie in May; Fantastic 4 is the last major in July; that should be enough time apart

It just comes out with so many other movies out; its gonna be a challenge for all these movies to do numbers; its still a weird climate; but it already has a name; so that should help it; I thought the last Mission Impossible was good; it only did 571 mill world wide though!! I thought it would do way more since Tom was coming off the TOP GUN smash...
