Glad to see that they MIGHT be laying off da those cheesy ass jokes that they love so much.
Thor was very cheesy but none of the other movies that have come out were; and none of the tv shows were( outside of she hulk, which is supposed to be); I think you guys overstate it…

Yea it is yours but one can easily see what i said is very accurate; but what we do know is opinions, including the one you stated, aren't valid and most are worthless...

I love da MCU. I truly do. But I'm not so stanned out or fanned out that da conflicting views or contrary opinions of others brings about angst or anger and that's simply what it is. Yeen gotta like it. :dunno:

I'm not saying you don't love the mcu; not saying you have to be a Stan either. I love the mcu, but ill be the 1st to admit that the movies haven't been as good; they haven't been as bad as some on this board have stated either. But only Thor was cheesy and too cheesy. Spiderman wasn't, Strange wasn't, Eternals wasn't, Widow wasn't, and Shang-Chi wasn't; so I just be trying to figure out what movies have been too much joke cheesy like some posters on here say...

Let me break down the MCU hero that can defeat Thanos when he doesn't have all the stones.

Dr. Strange
Wanda
Vision
Captain Marvel

These heroes have their powers given to them by an Infinity Stone.

Fam, they werent about to win, they just got some shots in. Come on man.

Besides, even in the comicbooks, specifically SW, has shown power levels beyond Thanos.

It is what it is.

I agree with this.....

My biggest issue is with the people who DESPITE THE TITLE of the thread, kinda show up where they really arent wanted. For me TL&T was the only MCU film that I flat out dislike, and I think that might be the first time Ive said it on here. Dont really like talking about shit that I dont like.....alot

People are going overboard with their grievances. As far a s a shared universe, theres really no alternative at the moment. Im not gonna bitch and moan if a project isnt how I expect...in a month or two something else will come along

Respectfully disagree with Winston Duke.

I sympathize with how difficult of a conversation it is for him because he's lost a loved one.

But he took the convo in the direction of when you cast someone, you are casting the person's personal life (experience, politics...) as well. Thats just not true. There is no need to view it or do it that way.

The best actors play all kinds of different roles. As a fan, I dont really need an actor to mix up his personal life into that role. And when it comes to CBMs, the actor isnt inventing the role, he is bringing an already fleshed out character to life. Whatever actor plays T'Challa, I need the best version of T'Challa or his most interesting interpretation of TChalla. I dont need T'Challa mixed the actor's personal views.

Should have recast.
