It would come down to each teams ability to adapt, to improvise and to overcome.
Thus, the final winner would be: Dutch.
Because unlike both the space marines and even his own team, Dutch managed to figure out who/what the enemy was, (despite not having all needed information) and figured out his enemy's weaknesses and managed to defeat him with "back to nature" tactics and weapons.
- Meanwhile the space marines in Aliens had advanced knowledge of the enemy, time to prepare, possessed ultra high tech weapons and vehicles but were still unable to find or successfully fight and defeat their enemy.

Dutch’s crew would win on power and ability hand-to-hand or with equal tech, but the space marine’s motion tracker would give them too much of an advantage. And space marine weapons can probably fire through all known armor and materials from our time. So they could shoot straight through any cover Dutch and his team hid behind.
