"It was even more of a deodorized world at the Walt Disney Studio where the publicity men insisted their boss was faultless--never drank too much, never used a swearword, never lost his temper, never quarreled with his wife or family, never let down a friend. And woe betide anyone who tried to suggest otherwise. Members of the resident foreign and local press risked their jobs if they dared to write stories inferring that Walt Disney could be domineering, implacable, and unforgiving (as was the case, for instance, before, during, and after the 1941 studio strike). The Disney flacks were capable of exerting heavy pressure on editors and proprietors or, through the advertising pages, against anyone who inferred Walt Disney was not the epitome of well-scrubbed and benevolent perfection." (Mosley, Leonard. Disney’s World. New York: Stein & Day, p. 10.) Disney is perhaps the epitome of Illuminati abilities to create images. They have created great images for things Disney, incl. Walt Disney, Disney movies, and Disney’s Amusement parks. In some cases these things have been overrated, in other instances the sinister side to them has been carefully hidden. In order to make movies that contain the typical smut of Hollywood, sex and violence, Disney did a slight of hand and created subsidiaries which Disney runs, which has allowed them to keep their good image. They also never showed the public the hard core porn that was made for years in secrecy for the elite.

Behind Disney’s good front lies hard porn, snuff films, white slavery, Illuminati mind-control, and the seduction of several generations into witchcraft. Disney’s involvement in these kind of things will be explained in this chapter. Nobody has sold America witchcraft as well as the Disney brothers. Movie after movie has cleverly brought the occult into the warp & woof of American thought, all under the disguise of entertainment. For instance, it was Disney that brought us cannibalism and told us that it was a "triumph of the human spirit" (a direct quote from Disney’s Touchtone Producer Robert Watts concerning Disney’s movie "Alive" featuring survivors of an airplane crash who turned to cannibalism). Under the disguise of entertainment & showing us how "triumphant" the human spirit was, they subtly promoted cannibalism. Mickey Mouse plays a leading role in "The Sorcerer’s Apprentice." And yet when this author has suggested that Disney movies aren’t wholesome, many Christian parents come unglued and have gotten angry with this author. The deceptive image that Disney movies are wholesome is a triumph in Illuminati deception. Parents would be surprised what is slipped into cartoons. In Disney’s "The Little Mermaid" the castles are male sexual organs. In one cartoon Mighty Mouse is shown without comment clearly snorting cocaine. Walt Disney Studios Chairman Joe Roth is in charge of Walt Disney as well as subsidiaries Touchtone, Miramax, and Hollywood Pictures, which were all created to camouflage the Disney production of adult films. Disney operates in a clandestine manner regarding the promotion, distribution and rating of the films produced by their subsidiaries.

And all these smaller studios are losing the individual Marvel film rights every year cause they dont want to mess with the mouse...look what happened with Ghost Rider.

But I dont hear NO ONE talking on this takeover of all this properties and they are really targeting a specific demographic too.

EARLY TRACKING FOR STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI PUTS SEQUEL AT $215M OPENING WEEKEND

Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi is looking at an absolutely massive opening weekend based on early tracking, with the second-best opening in the franchise’s history more or less in the bag.

(Full disclosure – parts of this article have been lifted from an article that I wrote on this very subject for Heroic Hollywood. However, I’d like to go a little more in-depth here.)

According to BoxOffice.com, early estimates for the eighth installment of the Star Wars series could clock in at an incredible $215M. An opening of that size would be just ahead of the unexpectedly-large $208.8 million haul that Jurassic World took back in Summer 2015 and would make the Star Wars movie the fourth movie in history to open above $200M in a mere three days. The Force Awakens will likely retain its status as the highest-grossing Star Wars movie stateside, as that picture opened to $247.9M. Should it meet this milestone or exceed it, the top five biggest opening weekends of all time in the United States and Canada will be as follows:

  • Star Wars: The Force Awakens – $247.9M.
  • Star Wars: The Last Jedi – $215M.
  • Jurassic World – $208.8M.
  • The Avengers – $207.4M.
  • Avengers: Age of Ultron – $191.2M.

As for the movie’s legs at the box office, they’re looking to be nearly as impressive as those for The Force Awakens, which ended its American/Canadian run at an awe-inspiring $936.6M – 3.77 times as much as what the movie made on opening weekend. The same report suggests that The Last Jedi could end its theatrical run at $742M, which is another great multiplier at 3.45 times what the movie hypothetically makes opening weekend. When all is said and done, according to this scenario, the top five movies at the domestic box office will look something like this:

  • Star Wars: The Force Awakens – $936.6M.
  • Avatar – $760.5M.
  • Star Wars: The Last Jedi – $742M.
  • Titanic – $658.6M.
  • Jurassic World – $652.2M.
It should still be noted that this is an early estimate, as pre-release numbers could increase or decrease depending on how audience interest changes as the film gets closer to hitting the silver screen. For now, an estimate of a $200M+ weekend is fairly realistic, and it will be very interesting to see what kind of legs the movie has following the opening weekend. As for the estimates of how the film will do internationally, that appears to be a good question for another time – but given that Disney’s spent upwards of $200M on this movie, even a $600M+ domestic haul would likely be seen as a big win by the studio.

Disney-Fox Films Controlling 92% Of Weekend Box Office Spurred By ‘Last Jedi’

While it will take two years or less until Disney fully controls Fox, here’s a current statistic to give you a taste of their combined box office power during a blockbuster weekend, post merger news. Currently, total domestic ticket sales look to gross $271.5M this weekend, and Disney and Fox films combined are generating 92% of that total or $249.1M.

'The Last Jedi' Now Opening To $216M-$220M: How Disney Continues To Win With The 'Star Wars'...

Even though total weekend ticket sales are -13% from when Star Wars: The Force Awakens was in the marketplace two years ago spurring $313.2M, Disney-Fox’s combined marketshare this weekend is greater than in 2015 had they merged then (86% of the Force Awakens weekend or $269.2M) and last year’s Rogue One opening weekend (81% of a $211.6M overall weekend or $171.9M). Compared to last year when Rogue One debuted, the overall U.S./Canada weekend B.O. is +28%.

ferdinand-8.jpg

Blue Sky Studios
True, Disney/Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi is responsible for driving 81% of the weekend’s overall business, especially if the sequel comes in with a $220M opening. However, Fox’s product is solid in the shadow of Last Jedi. Their Blue Studios animated film Ferdinand is set to make $12.3M, a good start that will only swell during the holidays (their Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip generated a 6x multiple off a $14.2M opening versus Force Awakens’ near $248M opening). Before Fox’s Murder on the Orient Express opened (the movie also stars Last Jedi‘s Daisy Ridley), the film on paper appeared to be a challenge with its period setting. That’s hardly the case with Murder set to cross $100M a month later, fueled largely by an over-50 audience. On top of this, Fox Searchlight is generating great specialty results with their awards contenders The Shape of Water ($1.5M this weekend) and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri ($1.4M). Disney also has Pixar’s Coco in third place drawing $9.2M and Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok in 7th place with $2.8M.So not only is a Disney-Fox combination event driven in the current weekend, but appealing to a diversity of demos as well.

Where does this leave the competition? They don’t have any wide releases this weekend; Sony kicks off the Christmas flood on Wednesday with Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. However, the highest grossing non-Disney/Fox movie this weekend belongs to Lionsgate’s Wonder which is generating $5M in fourth place in its 5th weekend. We’ll have a better idea in the weekends ahead how much air the competition can inhale.

While the DOJ works on approving the Disney-Fox deal, both labels will operate separately with business as usual. Next year, both studios together count 26 titles across Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Disney animation, Blue Studios, 20th Century Fox, Fox 2000 and Fox Searchlight. Whether they maintain this consistent outflow in the years to come, and how they counterprogram their labels is the big question. Nonetheless, box office dominance is a guarantee.

Comcast CEO on Dropping Out of Fox Bidding: We "Couldn’t Build Enough Shareholder Value"
6:22 AM PDT 7/26/2018 by Georg Szalai

"It was a unique opportunity, and we were very disciplined in our approach to it, but we thought it was mostly about international expansion opportunity," said Brian Roberts. "We are focused on Sky now."
Comcast chairman and CEO Brian Roberts on Thursday said that a quickly rising price in the showdown with Walt Disney for big parts of 21st Century Fox caused the cable giant to drop out of the bidding.

"Ultimately, we pulled back because we thought that we couldn’t build enough shareholder value by making the price at which it seemed, in our judgment, to be possible to buy that, which was increasing," the exec said on Comcast's second-quarter earnings conference call in response to an analyst question.

Roberts also addressed investor questions about the company's appetite for further scale and possible hunt for other takeover targets given its pursuit of Fox. "In terms of scale, I think today's great results show that our company has scale, that it's working well, maybe even better than that," he said, with it being "the lead market leader" with key products. "In the case of Fox, it was a unique opportunity, and we were very disciplined in our approach to it, but we thought it was mostly about international expansion opportunity." He added Comcast believed that a Fox deal "was approvable in the United States."

Roberts had also touched on the topic during his opening remarks on the earnings conference call without naming names. "Let me reiterate something that has perhaps been lost in recent months," he said. "We have a unique and special company with a terrific team and great operating momentum. [Our] excellent second-quarter results underscore all of this."

The exec's comments came after Comcast last week bowed out of the bidding showdown for 21st Century Fox with Walt Disney, saying it was instead focused on sealing a deal for European pay TV giant Sky, which reported its latest results earlier in the day. Comcast currently has the high bid worth $34 billion for Sky, in which Fox owns a 39 percent stake. Fox hasn't said yet whether it will continue to bid for Sky.

"I'd like to congratulate [Disney chairman and CEO] Bob Iger and the team at Disney and commend the Murdoch family and Fox for creating such a desirable and respected company," Roberts said then.

"We are focused on Sky now," Roberts reiterated Thursday. "We think it's a great business, it will fit well, good use of capital, it's also unique. But I don't want to say anymore today."

Comcast's stock was hurt amid the hunt for what quickly became a more expensive takeover target. Many on Wall Street have expressed hope that management could allay recent investor fears of sky-high bids for possible other takeover targets though.

"Following Comcast's announcement to walk away from Fox, we expect the dust to settle and that M&A driven volatility should subside," Jefferies analyst John Janedis said in a report. "Shares remain attractively valued, in our view, with fundamentals stable to improving." He concluded that "given a re-focus on fundamentals, we expect multiple expansion and add Comcast to our franchise pick list."

Roberts on Thursday also lauded momentum at NBC and Telemundo, as well as news network MSNBC. He said MSNBC is "now solidly ahead of CNN in primetime and closing the gap with Fox News." Concluded the Comcast CEO: "I am not sure enough focus has been paid to MSNBC an the incredible progress it has made."

Discussing the recent advertising upfront market, Roberts mentioned that the company saw high-single-digit pricing gains and a 5 percent increase in volume commitments. Upfront digital sales rose 25 percent, he added. NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke said it was the strongest upfront for the company since Comcast first bought into NBCUniversal.

Earlier on Thursday, Comcast posted better-than-expected second-quarter earnings, including broadband subscriber growth that blew Wall Street estimates out of the water. Its NBCUniversal entertainment arm posted higher quarterly results driven by its cable networks unit.

"Comcast delivered a strong quarter, which we think should provide relief for shares, and re-focus attention on fundamentals," said Janedis in a first reaction. "Results were generally better, importantly with stronger broadband adds and cable margin upside. NBCU EBITDA continued to exceed expectations, though top-line was a bit light given timing of film slate."

He added: "While we expect Sky will remain in focus, we are encouraged by underlying trends and continue to think the stock will re-rate higher."

Comcast's stock in early Thursday trading was up 3.2 percent at $34.49.
