No I don’t watch them all, and for that very reason you stated, they created such a LeBron-centric monster, that when he and his team comes up short, a major plot hole is created, this is whole nother discussion though because the common theory is that fan interest organically drives media narrative, in the case of these shows it’s the opposite, they talk and fawn and focus on LeBron so much, their narrative drives casual fans to believe LeBron is the only thing that matters in the league, its to the point that I can’t wait until he retires or takes a backseat to become 2nd or 3rd best player on his team so that there’s something far more interesting and genuine for them to genuflect about.
The eastern conference is much more interesting now, you legitimately don’t know whose going to come out and all 4 remaining teams have a shot instead of the tired, LeBron doesn’t have enough help bullshit year after year...the nba media, like most mass media, manipulate storylines, create hype, create false idols, and tear down people they don’t like all in the name of having something to argue about on a tv show, I don’t give much credence to those debate shows for good reason

And yes, the eastern conference is more interesting this postseason.. But only because for the first time in literally a decade we dont know who will represent the conference in the finals. Lebrons dominance had left a fucking vacuum. So even in absence, hes become the story because hes the reason the shit is more "interesting".. And by being more interesting its become less compelling to watch due to lack of sheer all world play and dominance by a guy taking a team of clowns to the finals again.
