Coaching aint Embiid issue.. Its his fucking weight. Hes lazy and has poor work ethic and injury concerns. Him not being able to log minutes in the postseason is unacceptable. He looks to be near 300lbs and his knees aint getting better.

I wasn't high on Simmons at all.

Yeah it is coaching he goes too many touches out on perimeter when he's the biggest guy on the court pump faking a 3 and driving to the rim
post him up let him shoot over the top of everyone who guards him and get a bucket

you don't need pick and roll or any scheme to get him the ball he's literally a monster on the court

those weight issues and such are valid but the main thing is just put him in the damn post.

Also a lot of that is on the sixers coddling him

Tons of ppl can't perform like that

In Portland if he fucks up they just say you fucked up now go make a good play

Few ppl can get spot minutes and be expected to microwave that shit lol no rhythm no nothing instant fire

Lue never gave him the opportunity to show that he improved his game. He only let him play in garbage time. Even the commentators, announcers, and analysts were scratching their heads. It didn't make sense to have useless dudes like Clarkson out there but not let Hood play 60 meaningful seconds.

Cause like I said NOBODY can do that shit really. Whoever you want to name they can't play spot minutes ever so often then be super effective without even getting a hint of a flow of the game

Man Hood straight up admitted he couldn’t handle the pressure lol. He has less pressure now so yeah it really shocking he has a pulse this year around. A good situation for him.
