Peace,
Bills won't ever admit that his team is stacked but he's got a point about trust and coaching.
Up until he got to Golden State, Durant would regularly throw the ball into a black hole called Westbrook and pout while Westbrook took ill advised shot after ill advised shot. I've literally seen him stomp around in disgust because he wanted the ball back and wasn't getting it. So at the end of close games, both he and Russ would take turns playing iso ball and forcing bad shots. There was a trust issue. That doesn't happen on his new squad, plain and simple.
Does he have infinitely more options now? Of course. He's also playing in a creative offense that flows and gives him open looks. But you can't deny the impact of coaching either. You know this better than most. Your team beat a relatively stacked Lakers squad because of a black hole named Kobe Bryant.
Durant jumped on a 73 win team. Whether he trusted them niggas or not it was going to take an epic meltdown for them to lose. You switch it around... put Durant on the Cavs and yall niggas getting swept too.
Yall were about to go back to back after winning 73 games..people are already calling yall the greatest team ever.. and you add a PRIME Durant...this one ain't rocket science man.
