I just told you why they played good and it wasn't just because they came together to win. They played much better defense then they've played all bubble long. They missed some shots. Nobody shoots 100% from the field.

Ive said for years Jalen is a Jordan dickrider/Kobe stan. He's in that generation of NBA players who prioritze whiteness and think swirlers should be the face of blackness in the NBA. Surprise surprise, he didnt marry the black woman he had kids by, but married a white woman. Im shocked he thinks the world of Kobe & MJ.
Yall got bout 4-5 dickriders on TV for at least a decade strong. LeBron got like 2 people on TV that defend him the last 3 years and yall make sure to complain about them. And yall need to realize that more and more people will be on TV defending Bron the next decade. People that played against him wanna be anaylsts too. Porter's defense is bad but it's not like he has the worst defending ability of his peers. Shit porter at least gets blocks and rebounds. Malone claims to be a defensive coach(yet Denver's defense has been terrible these last 2 seasons) so he's not going to keep you on the floor unless he trusts you. Problem is he singles out the youngsters even though the whole team defense is trash. Jamal Murray is one of our worst defenders and has been wildly inconsistent but he has tenure so he'll never get benched and there isn't a better replacement.
Need Gary Harris for some defense but that fool always hurt.

With Porters potential no team should ever play him off the court. I'm not close to that situation but I think Nuggets coach uses his defense as a scapegoat. His defense isn't bad enough as if he's a liability out there.
You right Steph changed the face of basketball, he made it lighter skinned and more privileged. Dude lost in the Finals and led his team to the worst record this year but still is seen as "proven" simply for being fair and having hazel eyes. No scrutiny and no taking away his "greatest shooter" title. "Just be light skinned Steph, and we'll say your legacy is secure".

Right. Trips me out how coaches allegiance to older players comes in the way of playing younger guys. At some point people are going to expect bigger things for the Nuggets and Malone job will eventually be on the line. Why would you risk that because you don't want to play younger guys?
