I get the feeling theyll end this with a sequel setup in which the woman who created her destroys the lab ,blueprints etc,but it turns out Megan escaped,then they do some "Some time later" bit where she in another state passing herself off as some new kid in a new school,and the last shot is of her walking up to some shy girl saying"I'm new here..will you be my new best friend..?"

This also seems like his cyborg movie answer similar to his co creator friend for saw ..who made the movie upgrade( which was the cheaper but way more violent version of venom)
