Now I know his broke isn't most of BGOL broke. But dude was on that Combat Jack Podcast just a few weeks ago saying how great he is doing.

The fucked up thing about a lot of this is he burned a lot of bridges reppin' for Jay. The industry eventually embraced Jay after they strong armed everybody with the leverage they had. Rocafella had to earn everything they got. Dame was a huge part of that. Remember, the industry didn't like Jay's flow at all (which he later changed during the Blueprint era) and looked at him as an outsider early on. And this was with a cosign from Biggie.
Hopefully Dame has humbled himself and can bounce back. I'm sure he can if he can rebrand himself. He can make good money as a consultant due to his experience and business acumen.

People fail to realize something about this business. It's full of thin skin, long memories, and egos. When you're on top and being a dick about it, cats will roll over and show you their white soft underbelly, but bet yo' fucking ass, when you start to go downhill, they will push you along or make sure that it's a steep ass hill. Dame was a dick, even he admitted it, and now the only lifesaver he can expect from the business is an anchor. If you're gonna hang your colleagues when you win, be prepared to hang your head when you lose. I guess all of those haters he shouted out when he was on top, are starting to holla back.
