E.B. should have never gone to Washington, the culture & team are/were shitty. Shady McCoy is a bitchmade hoe, got a participation ring for sitting on the bench & got the nerve to question EB's coaching style. No other player on any of those KC teams has ever complained.

It's also fucked up that the perception was that it was Reid that was going all the work while EB was there, but crackers in the same position as EB were lauded with praise & given HC opportunities. Then you look at the offense this past season & there was a noticeable decline, so that shows that EB has a much greater impact on the success than they want to admit.

While,I agree with everything you said;I can't fault him for leaving because he was never gonna get the credit for that offense.

I remember,years ago Pep Hamilton was considered one of the hottest offensive coordinators in the league but he never got an opportunity as a head coach because it was the Peyton Manning offense in Indianapolis. Meanwhile,Adam Gase was able to get a head coaching job after that Superbowl debacle against Seattle with the Broncos.
