Noah/Joker wasn't Fast Break. He was Whackers and was cool with CC (they're saying he's originally from Frankford/CC). Fast Break is cool with M24, who Cheese was cool with. Cheese died up in Olney, M24 territory.

Streets saying Noah was also on the drill that killed Phat Dame, the youngbul who got shot after school leaving Imhotep Charter last Spring. Fast Break was cool with him and his brother was in M24. Tay aint wrong. The NE and parts of SW have some cuts you can dip in, but North, SP, WP are mostly rowhomes. The corner we hung on was like a T. Croskey cut-off at Lippincott and there were a couple of open lots we could dip off in when the law came but Tay is mostly right about this. The geography isn't conducive to what these niggas are doing today.
Also them alleyways are a great hiding spot and easy for person to get away while being chased unless they got a police dog doing the job for them to help catch the suspect.
