The reason Biden did not run a second time is because he may have done some funny business to get elected in 2020. By having another election with the same matchup and the same results as Kamala Harris, it would raise red flags that something happened. They were trying to throw him in prison to dissuade him from running for office when the assassination attempt failed that is when Biden stepped down.
Now they can blame the poor performance of Kamala Harris, as the reason why Trump prevailed versus election fraud.
