question: what exactly IS an 'obamabot'? I see that sometimes in bgol posts and it seems to mean anyone who doesn't constantly sheit on the president for doing anything other than breathing.
some of yawl are under the impression that flint exists in a vacuum. but this problem is happening in towns all over the country in areas with limited financial resources. the infrastructure is failing due to age and these governors aren't making it a priority to fix the problems in those areas. the flint water crisis isn't due something president Obama did. it was a problem overseen by the emergency manager, a dude put in place by gov. Snyder. some conservatives blame the city council, but they never gave the okay to grab water from that tainted, untested source. sheit, the city council and mayor were powerless anyway. the emergency manager had sole power in that city and was ultimately responsible for okaying that decision solely for the purpose of saving money.
(here's some good info about it from Michael moore: http://michaelmoore.com/10FactsOnFlint/)
basically, a little girl sent the president a letter asking him to come to her city and bring more attention to the problem. the president showed up, let the people know that they're a priority and to reassure them.
but since he obviously offended the bgol council of solution finders, how about throwing some ideas out that actually address and fix the problem in flint instead of whining about the president showing up?
