Barkley hasn't played basketball in over 20 years. If he wasn't on TNT he would still be remembered as a player.

In 25 years nobody will think about Draymond besides when they show highlights of Steph, KD and Klay. He's a poor mans Ben Wallace or Dennis Rodman.

I hate the...I have a ring argument. Shit, you also cost your team a ring. You also can't talk about being a leader, shit, a top three player left because of your dumb ass

Agreed

Barkley was a superstar player of course he will be remembered. I don't think anyone thinks that of green. That doesn't diminishes him as a player though...

Yes but you can only mention “The Ring” if you’re the star, and Draymond’s not the star.

Draymond’s an important part of the team...

When the superstars play, with the superstars are gone they have 15 wins and 49 loses! :roflmao:

I’m short, Draymond needs to be quiet.

Im so fucking sick of Drummond and Love,it doesnt makes fucking sense.

You have one player that acts like he's Tim Hardaway and turnover the ball alot...And,soft on defense.

You have one player that's lazy ass fuck on defense.

Say,what you want about Tristan, he brings it everytime he's on the court.

I don't understand, how you're 6'11 but cant defend the paint. Makes no sense at all.

Draymond got 3 rings and a better Finals record, Barkley is being disrespectful.

Always knew the rings argument was a bullshit smokescreen. Its always been about keeping 90s era players propped up at all costs. If it was about rings everyone would be telling Chuck to stfu. Instead its Dray rings dont count.

I cringe when I hear idiots like Draymon bring up their ring in a argument. You shit on the Barkley’s, the Ewing’s and all the other greats with no rings.
Its a stupid argument for anyone to bring up rings, including fans, and nothing; rings are apart of being great, but not end all; there are plenty of factors that go into getting a ring or rings...

Green is a star, hes not an superstar or consistent all star but he is a star...

1. Superstar = maybe 4 players in the league right now
2. Allstar = 10 players maybe 12
3. Star
4. Solid/Good
5. Average
6. Below Average

I’d say he’s #4 on your list. I can agree that he’s a “Star” meaning that people know his name, but that’s solely because he plays with Steph and Klay. Also the screaming, arguing and technicals makes him known...

When playing with Steph.

Yes he’s an important part of the team but on his own with his merit and skill level, he’s solid/good.

The take is criticizing LeBron for passing to a wide open Anthony Davis for a 3? And since he missed, thats an opening to clout chase. Well we know who 13thround thinks is GOAT.

You've been quiet since his Airness gave a heartfelt speech at Kobe's memorial service. :dunno:

Only took his handlers a month to coach him on what to say.

I told yall living in Houston you really see most Rockets fans ride harder for Jordan than Dream or any former Rocket. They dont use Dreams legacy to diss Embiid or any of todays centers. Just the coon Jordan legacy like he won for them. Its sad. But Jordan shoes make you fly in the air and he reps the era more I guess. A bunch of Uncle toms who came up in the 80s and suck as "king makers" so they tear down the kids after them. :smh: Fuck their legacy and era, they same way they said fuck Bill and Wilt's.

Same people last week said Bron not MVP because he got a top 5 guy on deck. Now they mad he passed to a WIDE OPEN "top 5" guy.

Clown shit.

But the jaundice eyed coon passing to Kerr or Paxson for game winnners in the fuckin Finals is "killer instinct"!!!

I've lived in Houston for almost 40 years.
Rooted for the Rockets my entire life.
This is by far the most off-base assessment of Rockets fans that I've ever read.
Olajuwon is pretty much a sports GOD here.

If Dream walks in one side of Galleria and Jordan walks in the other, Dream side gon be empty. I dont see too many people with Spaldings on their feet, but Js and "custom" Js in Houston colors are everywhere.

Im not saying Dream aint loved, just nowhere near MJ. Not even close. No Rockets fan on this board has ever even had Dream or Harden in their sig. But they got MJ. You yourself been goin mighty hard for Kobe, when did he play for the Rockets? Elvin, Moses, Calvin, and all the other great HOF talent yall have had gets ignored and NEVER MENTIONED cuz yall too busy defending a nigga from NC that played for the Bulls.

I bet I cant find 5 posts from "Rockets fans" on this board speaking on Moses. I can find 100s on Kobe and Jordan tho.

Since Rockets fans been showing so much love to the Lake Show lately, as a Lake Show fan let me give yall another list.

Hakeem Olajuwon
Elvin Hayes
Moses Malone
James Harden
Clyde Drexler
Calvin Murphy
Charles Barkley
Scottie Pippen
Tracy McGrady
Dwight Howard
Russell Westbrook
Dikembe Mutumbo
Carmelo Anthony
Yao Ming
Chris Paul
Kyle Lowry

Ralph Sampson
Robert Reid
Rick Barry
Ron Artest
Eric "Sleepy" Floyd
Robert Horry
Otis Thorpe
John Lucas
Steve Francis
Rafer "Skip 2 My Lou" Alston
Lou Williams
Sam Cassell
Shane Battier
Vernon "Mad" Maxwell
Cuttino Mobley

All these guys have worn a Houston Rockets jersey before. The guys in red are HOFers, the ones in black arent but were very good players. Im sure Im missin hella names too. The Rockets franchise has always had a plethora of talent in its history. And the city of Houston has always been an attractive destination for superstar players. Do you know how many small market NBA teams wish they had 1/4th the talent on that list in their team history? Or have 2 chips and several other Finals appearances? But dudes go harder for players who won chips for other teams more? :smh: As an outsider from basketball country, shit is very weird to me.

The only reason, why I was willing to give Drummond a chance is because alot of times when a player change teams the fans go out their way to discredit him...Even,though he was traded...

He turnover the ball more than a non-basketball player would, it makes no sense. Then,he gets pushed around by smaller players..

How come Avery Johnson never get consideration for a coaching job. He did win 58% of his games in the NBA and 55% in college.

You would think a team would jump on it. I understand, he did poorly with the Nets the last three years there but he should have at least gotten another job in the league.
