When I say he doesn't care, im' not talking like he doesn't care about while he's on the court, but he doesn't realize that he needs to change his game, as much as I love Cam Newton, it's frustrating to me that he never changed up his mechanics to prolong his career, it's the same thing with russ, he's in fast forward all the time, but he's stubborn, it's like he's playing bball for so long, he only knows one way..and i think he would be more effective if he took advice from others in asking "how can i help this team on the offensive end..because i need to change up my shot mechanics to become a better shooter." Like there's no self awareness

Some people and players are stubborn just like you said. What the Lakers are asking him to do on offense isn't working for him but everyone knew that when he got there.
He does need to change his game but like you said, he's stubborn.

He's been fading away on jumpers since he got in the league and the muthafucka don't bend his knees when he shoots free throws!
But apparently no one's ever told him so he didn't correct it!

Lebron is just chasing Kareem and holding out to play with his son at this point..I think the way this team is currently constructed and how much stronger the west is, he knows that the window for this lakers team has closed...
BTW, Lebron has made subtle changes to his game as he's gotten older. Those fadeaway shots were going in in the bubble, but to be honest, he needs better players around him

Lebron makes teams better, but at the same time makes them worse. Meaning some players are able to adapt to what he needs to be successful, but adapting to him limits some time layers abilities.
