Do NBA tickets drop in prices as the game gets closer if they aren't close to selling out? Via Ticketmaster or via the resell market?

The Wizards have pretty pitiful attendance so I'm buying tickets for must-see games ahead of time but it might be best to wait in other cases.

Including fees, the lowest prices for the first 4 games are:
  • $70.35 vs Boston- Home opener
  • $21.78 vs Cleveland
  • $15.73 vs Atlanta
  • $91.96 vs Golden State
I bought good tickets to the Golden State game because that's the #1 game of the season for me.

I'm very interested in buying good cheap seats to see a team like Cleveland. I got very close to the court last year for less than $100 per ticket.

But for games like against Boston, I'd like to see them but not at $70 for a nosebleed seat. Anybody have any insight into what the resell market looks like as it gets closer to tipoff?

Dads a billionaire. Went to DI school, made NBA and has 8 million in the bank if he never plays another game.. Oh, and he also survived cardiac arrest.

Failure indeed.

I’m not a Bronny hater but every supposed achievement listed after the first sentence, which is not an accomplishment, could be attributed to it.

And wtf does ANY of that have to do with debunking the notion that anything about this kid can be framed as a "failure"? Not even sure what the point of your fucking post is other than to provide senseless hating while providing a hating disclaimer. :smh:

Simmer down. No need for profanity. I want you to think of Marcus Johnson and model his tone in this thread whenever you engage in dialogue over the coming season.

It seemed to me you were arguing he was not a failure based on what you were arguing were his many accomplishments. I simply pointed out that not a single supposed achievement actually was something he did on his own. I’m not arguing he is a failure but that you failed in your attempt to debunk, sir.

Correct. And whether he achieved them on his own is immaterial. They are achievements none the less. And by no metric can this kid be labeled a failure. Certainly not be nameless NBA scouts and execs who in large part are talentless critics and products of cronyism and good ole boy politics.
