"engagement farming" is a good label. Too bad JJ wasted it by misapplying it here. Inquiries on a hires zero experience are legitimate and shouldnt be dismissed as frivolous. A simple "i can understand discussions about my lack of coaching experience for such a high profile position. Hopefully i can answer them through my performance" would have ended that. Dude just gives off major asshole vibes.
