We was just talking about this yesterday and they wonder why the NBA is boring.
Kobe played 3 more seasons after 2013. KD and Klay both have had that achilles injury as older players and came back and played at a high level. DwannB can't admit Kobe was trash as an older player and a dissappiointment. And he don't watch the game no more so not sure why anyone would listen to him.
Wild that he would group Lebron with 3 point proliferation and euro MVPs.. Somebody might wanna tell that moron that ratings and gates were at their recent peak when LeBron went "buddy buddy" during the South Beach era. Guy carries the league on his back two decades and this the thanks he get.
I'll admit Dwann got blind hate for LJ but the stats don't lie.
I remember a time when a elite all around Black player dragging a team to the play in spot would never be considered an MVP candidate
I remember when a Black player that lead the league in assists and his team was average didn't "win enough" to be league MVP.
I remember when it was boring to have a Black player, in his physical peak, couldn't dare win the MVP 4/5, 5/6, 6/10 years because other players were close enough and voters were bored.
I remember when a player led the league in scoring, was an elite defender, but lost the MVP to Nash, TWICE.
These stay rewriting the rules for euro players. Guess the league needs white men out front
I still don't know how Luka was not MVP last year.
