The Hawks had a squad,a few years ago. That same squad made it to the Eastern Conference Finals before he ran John Collins and Nate McMillan out of town.

The current team is his fault because he thinks he can take any type of shot.


I've said this a few times,around 2019 when the Cavs played the Hawks. Trae took back to back half court shots and John Collins looked at him crazy because it wasn't even close. The organization have allowed him to take any shot when he's not Steph Curry. There's only a few players that can't shoot lights out and he's not one of them.

That criticism made sense when he was loafing in the regular season for Miami but it makes no sense in this situation where he joined a losing team and has been the savior.
 
Can we be honest now about Jimmy's 2020 Finals? He was being officiated like prime Jordan and was going to the line nonstop. Thats the reason for his performance rising above his typical regular season stuff. Ive never seen Jimmy get ejected off bad calls or barking at refs cuz they seem to love him.
