Like I said before, I used to look forward to NBA all star weekend, it was one of my yearly highlights like a birthday or Christmas. I thought more about that than the NBA Finals or Super Bowl.
These players probably started playing because of Kobe, KG, KD, Lebron. Watching Vince in the dunk contest.
Meanwhile, they don't give a fuck about this new generation and passing it on to them. Meanwhile they're making 50, 60 and 70 mil a year.
How can you give a half ass effort in front of Oscar and Dr J? If I was them I would stop coming to that shit.
I was thinking about going out Sunday night, but I do have some interest in this new format and how it works.

All Star Weekend just like the pro bowl is tired. Teams have too much on the line to get their player hurt. It was different when guys was making a million a year. Now they making 40-60 million a year.
