I really wanted the 6 seed and the Lakers for that reason. They were the most undersized opponent and therefore the best matchup.

Warriors can still face the Lakers in the 2nd round. They just gotta make it thru the play in and past Houston. I actually think playing the Lakers in the 2nd round benefits them more than playing them 1st round.
