Beyond the X and O's, talent evaluators have to pick up on signs you don't see on a stat sheet: Drive, Will, Fight, Pressure Filter, Mental Strength, Mamba Gene, etc.

My sixers shouldn't be this bad with all this talent they have but it's because of all these injuries is why this team is at the bottom of the standings.
Joshua Harris doesn't give ah fuck about what's going over here with my sixers since he's too busy over there with the commanders and that's why we as fans hate when these owners have more than 1 sports team they own.

Jerry ain't trying to win championships. He's trying to make money. And nobody can touch him on that.
It just sucks for everyone else that supports the team.
