You know I'm super proud of what we accomplished this weekend and how my city looked. Truthfully the type of vibe and atmosphere we had throughout the NFL draft for the last 3 days reminded me of a time when it used to be like that damn near every weekend during the summer.
What I'm talking about is back in the 90s when we had the festivals every weekend: afro Caribbean, jazz festivals, techno Fest... the city used to be jumping every weekend with those festivals going on and people partying hanging out having a good time.
That's what it was like during this draft weekend.
