this team is cursed with injuries. i'd trade for Tee Higgins at this point.
They can't, if I'm not mistaken.
Higgins is playing on the franchise tag this year.
The 49ers will have to cough up TWO first round picks, if they want him this year.

Once the season is over, Higgins will be an unrestricted free agent.
