Nagy tried to force Trubisky to be what he isn't. Trubs is one of the best running whiteboy qb's in the league. Nagy took that out of his game.

Here’s what led up to the fight:
Lowkey Swift dropped a wide open TD or they lose to DET, and in the NYG game the D got away with PI at the end of that game. They should really be 3-4 or 2-5.
That being said, there's cluster of talent at spots. Nagy mismanages personnel and in-game decisions. An argument could be made that if the Bears finish 8-8, Ryan Pace and Nagy should be fired. What's fucked up is that the McCaskeys won't know who to hire and the staff probably wouldn't be complete till next President's Day.
