I kinda disagree.
Because what ALWAYS happens....
Either the black man fails and has to suffer and possibly NEVER get another head coach gig
PLUS the team benefits with a high pick
and a bargain basic white coach gets to come in AFTER
given a multi year contract
TIME
OR the black coach does well has a LITTLE hiccup and suddenly a white coach gets a already made champion potential situation.

A similar type speed edge rusher to Brian Burns
I think his stock is going to rise a lot, leading up to the combine & draft
He might end up being picked in the middle of the first round
