This like taking the 3 pointer away from the warriors when they were on their championship run.. every team has the ability to hit the 3 pointer but nobody was doing it like them. It would change their game had it been banned. This how I look at taking away the push tush for the eagles

I was watching a segment on Get Up where Bart Scott was talking bout this and he brought up a good point. Defenses are not allowed to use other players to gain momentum at the line of scrimmage which is essentially what the tush push is. It gives offenses an unfair advantage. If tush push is allowed then it should be only right to allow defenses to have an allowed countermeasure.
 

I used to be in the "If you don't like it, then learn how to stop it!" camp, but then I changed my mind. If it's illegal for a defensive player to push another defensive player forward, then the rules should apply on the other side. That being said, I don't buy the injury argument, I just want the rule to apply equally on both sides of the ball.
