yeah i should've kept my BTC id be up something nice , but rememberiing all the volatility over the past year i was just happy to go back to base with my initial $$, no regrets tho, i didn't lose anything so it was just a 2year saving account with no interests

I broke even with that shit in 2017 fall. Thought it would be big when they were going batshit with KYC. Had I put that 4k or so in Dragonchain I'd have turned it into around 250,000. I just really do the big 3 now. BTC, ETH, and XRP. In particular, I think ETH could do a 10x run minimum in 2021 or 22. The institutional players been stacking BTC and ETH, while RIPPLE been giving out XRP to big players like candy.
If you looking for those home runs like we had alt/ico season 2017 early 18(50x,100x), I think DeFi is where you should be nosing around and becoming familiar. Don't know of any ones I'd jump on right now, still getting familiar.

Well i got in ripple cheap. But i really like the technology behind it. A lot of these coins are bullshit like penny stocks. But find the ones that have good technology behind them........
DeFi is on different platforms, one of which is uniswap. No KYC fuckery. Just connect your wallet to the uniswap interface and you're ready for business. Plenty of tutorials out there. Google 'uniswap tutorials' to get started. When you go to use any of these sites, make sure you are on the real site and not any fake phising fuckery. Bookmark it as soon as you know it's real. I use metamask, but the coinbase wallet app works too.
Don't even have to fuck with binance anymore. Fuck a bittrex. Once you get your ethereum through whatever fiat gateway you choose, you are all set to go on uniswap. It's so refreshing to see this shit. Fuck KYC and the U.S.
I got into ripple cheap too.. On about page 2 ot 3 of this thread but didnt have a whole lot of money at the time..just put it in for fun...even with the small amount i put in it hit 6 figures back when XRP hit $3...when I saw XRP moving upwards after a long flat line of no growth, I immediately purchased more XLM earlier this week because that is always sure to follow...but if you wouldve put money into just about any of the popular coins this past week..you wouldve seen growth... Majority of the growth that I had was BTC, ETH, XRP, XLM, XDC....other coins that made substantial runs that I took small profits from were ADA, ZIL, STRAT, OXT and SC so I can buy back into something that crashes in the future that I know will bounce back to at least a certain price... But just like stocks, don't put money in that you can't part with and keep track of the technology news because it grows, dies and gets replaced by a coin/technology doing a better job. Some coins are long term, some are just there to take advantage of pumps so you can put more money into the long term holds when they are down.
