My BGOL Fellas,

Is using Robinhood good??..I heard mixed reviews about it...I'm looking into investing and getting into Cryptos!!
If you're doing Crypto (primarily) you might want to look at Binance.us or KuCoin both good for variety, Voyager is good one because you gain interest on your holdings same thing with Nexo. RH is extremely limited in selection and has been known to hiccup at the worst times... holla if you want referral links (we both might gain a little something extra in the process)... I J S

ask dudes but I think if you going that route, most dudes had a preference for webull and others

besides robinhood, especially after the gamestock fiasco..

but google layouts of platforms and see what works best for you...

this fuckin game changes so fast..... keeping up is truly another

job... but knowing the possible gains, its one of those jobs you

love to do
Robinhood charges after the thirty day free transaction thing. I tried WeBull, they verified me quickly but waiting for the funds to clear (five days) is a blow. But they do give you free stocks after depositing just a hunnid. Someone here recommended Voyager and I highly recommend them for Crypto, esp if you a novice like me.

Robinhood is a good place to start its easy to use interface is very user friendly. Robinhood does charge after the 30 days to buy and sell but it’s not what you might think, the charges is usually closer to the nearest penny and never more than a couple dollars at most. You’ll find some apps don’t support certain coins so you’ll probably end up downloading a few apps to participate in all the different exchanges.

Ok. Got a MetaMask wallet
Both some ETH in another wallet.

Question: Now I have to transfer ETH to my MetaMask wallet, then I can swap for Musketeer?

Ok, I'm finally ready to get in on this here crypto game. What wallet do I need to keep my assets from being stolen (is coinbase any good?)? And do i link it to my normal bank acct or should i create a separate bank account for crypto only?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes. The first time I did the transfer, I sent over a small amount just to make sure everything was working the way it should. Due to gas fees, there's no way to swap a "little" amount.

I did in 2018. Still holding

Likewise. I bought it on etherdelta. I honestly forgot that I was holding some until I saw it was moving and it rung a bell. Im glad that instead of panic selling in early 2018, I held and went into hibernation mode.

Im playing catch up on crypto but I went so far down the rabbit hole that it doesn't take much to get back up to speed.

from what i read, they don't execute your buy / sell limits and the exact amount you indicate. They "take a lil' off the top and pocket the difference as profit. They claim it's to prevent overdrafts. Bullshit lol.

Yeah right, every time I make a submission I notice it’s a dollar or few cents short and I’m like what the hell? lol So instead of $20 I have to submit $21.

i noticed the same thing. so i researched how they operate. Turns out, RH set up two seperate LLC's to operate. One is a crypto-only LLC and they use that one for their profits. They even had the nerve to tell me they noticed a small overdraft to my account - impossible since you can only spend whatever you transfer from your bank. And waiting on transfers to complete sucks.

Awww ok, Gotcha! Makes sense now.
I hate that too. It’s too slow sometime, I think the delay in transfers are what caused one young kid to kill himself THINKING he lost millions trading through Robinhood.
