Spent a weekend leaning the cheapest ways to send tokens across different blockchains. I figured it out but it is not intuitive and it may turn many off to crypto.
For better adoption there is going to have to be easy-to-use platforms for regular ppl. That's when the money will start flowing.

You need to conduct a cost benefit analysis because the higher the APY the higher the risk. BitMart and BlockFi are best for staking, in my opinion but my needs may be different from yours.
