I actually agree with @tpotda
Callum Smith is a PROBLEM.
The next question is if it will be at 168 or CANELOweight?
As far as Plant is concerned, Canelo stops Plant in 9 rounds.
*BOOKMARKED*

We just gonna have to come back to this. lol
Canelo gone end up with two sets of brothers on his body count come Dec 19.
As far as Sweet Hands, I'm giving Caleb a good shot. Canelo has always shown he has problems with slick boxers and his leg is going bad. Caleb got a good chin too. I'm putting my money on Sweet Hands whenever they fight to win plus money like how I did with Joe Smith Jr. over Eleider Alvarez

Yup, Trout, Cotto, Lara, and Floyd all gave Canelo fits when he fought them. Plant should give Canelo a good run, but the fights I wanna see are Canelo against Benavidez or Beterbiev.

Caleb Plant has never faced anyone with the relentless body attack that Canelo has.
He's got a great story and all, but Plant has been carefully protected by Al Haymon.
You're making a big mistake if you think putting money on Plant against Canelo is a good idea.

He already fought and beat the dude everyone didn’t think he’d beat and said would be his toughest challenge. I’m curious to know who at 168 you think Al been protecting him from, cause Andre Ward been gone for some time now? Is it Benavitez? Dirrell? Truax? I most certainly don’t think he protecting him from Danny Jacobs. Lol

The only 4 at 168 that might beat plant would be Benavidez, Callum Smith, BJS and Canelo.

Top Rank chairman Bob Arum received authorization from Pacquiao this summer to pursue a fight with Crawford in Qatar slated for November on ESPN PPV, sources said, and talks ostensibly reached an advanced stage.

Crawford, McIntyre and Kinney attended several Zoom meetings with duBoef, Arum and Top Rank legal counsel where plans for the proposed bout — the megafight he’s long been seeking — were laid out.

Crawford was offered $6.5 million guaranteed, per sources, along with upside of the pay-per-view at $5 for every buy over 300,000. He countered at $9.5 million with upside at 500,000. Pacquiao, one of the sport’s marquee attractions, closed his side of the deal at $23.5 million guaranteed.

Despite Crawford’s unhappiness, he’s being paid handsomely for what his team views as just another fight. The champion will earn $4 million, per sources, $500,000 above his guaranteed minimum. Brook is set to make $2 million

Top Rank should have given Crawford the Pacquiao fight years ago when they were both under the same umbrella. But they decided to put all their marketing dollars and push with Lomachenko.

Been some really talented boxers using coke from Pryor, Whitaker, Tyson Fury. Benavidez got cement feet but his hand speed, the way he puts together punches and power combo combined with his size is a problem for any1 at 168 imo. Both him and Callum Smith are CWs that been fighting at 168, at the very least those 2 should be at 175 like how Zurdo, Hart, etc. all moved up to 175 cause they're bigger than some of the 168s like Bivol. I do think Plant got the superior footwork to them 2 but you just can't discount that size advantage when you're talking about big ass dudes like Benavidez and Smith.

I think plant can outbox Canelo but we know Canelo gets the advantage on the scorecards and i dont think Plant got the power to stop Canelo since we know Canelo got a serious chin.

BJS is the 1 that has great feet just like Plant and would be a great boxing match imo

So an undisciplined cokehead, two PED Cheats and Callum Smith

Yeah my dude we most definitely gotta come back to this one

You make some good points. Can't say I disagree with anything you said.

I really want Kell Brook to win tonight.
Long shot....but I hope he can at least take Bud to deep water and make him struggle.
However, boxing needs Crawford to win to preserve the super fights at 147.

When asked before Saturday’s fight if Top Rank can keep Crawford, knowing that Spence and several other talented welterweights are linked to rival Al Haymon’s PBC, Arum responded, “That’s not the right question.

“The question is, ‘Do we want to keep him?’ I could build a house in Beverly Hills on the money I’ve lost on him in the last three fights. A beautiful home. Nobody questions Crawford’s innate, tremendous ability. By beating a naturally bigger guy (in Brook), decisively, that’s a big statement that he’s making.

“The question is, ‘Does it pay the bills?’ Look, you can have the greatest opera singer in the world. If the fans don’t support it, you’re out of business.”

This guy Arum, continues to irk the shit outta me. I'm glad Mayweather bought a ticket out of his contract w/ Arum. TBC needs to do the same exact shit. That's public embarrassment on your fighter to mention "Do we want to keep him?" esp him not "holding his bargain" of attracting participants. I'm sure Al and TBC spoke, and just waiting for him to finally say deuces!

Don't think Arum cares too much about keeping Crawford at this point, he's got his top star in Fury now, and then he now has Teofimo after the W over Loma, will try to build Monster Inoue out here to have besides the Japanese Market, and try to build Shakur with Berlanga being a new potential Puerto Rican star
