If you bet 100 on Rolly you win $550 plus your $100 back. Basically look at it like this, for every plus + odds, move the decimal place to the left two spaces and multiply that number by the amount you betting.

Miami Heat are a +300 to win tonight and I want to risk $100 on the upset. So in order for me to do the off the top of the head calculations of my profits, look at it like this:
+300 = 3.00
3.00 x $100.00 = $300.00
plus my investment ($100) I get $400 back from the bookies
