Mayweather earlier in his career was southpaw which everyone loved to see, also later during mayweather boxing career with that historical fight he had with pacquio back then he still had power in his punches something shakur never had and he's younger than mayweather right now. If that's the case about his hand then shakur needs to retire to find another career.

Shakur still has power. I think he hesitates in letting his hands go
That's the issue, if he hesitates then that's not good, all this running around being defensive isn't gonna help when he doesn't throw enough punches or scared to use his power.
