Heck, at our early voting site, they were telling people to turn their phones off. I don't know if that's because someone started something there or not, because usually they just say that you can't have them out.
She fucked around for LIKES, and may find out, circulating images of your ballot is not legal. But would there be a legal loop hole, since its not an image of the her actual vote summary, prior to hitting next. Either way, the local Board of elections will sort, if it's raised as an issue.
Poll workers told me to turn off the ringer before entering and turn off my phone after I sat down to early vote last Wednesday. I voted for Judges, State Attorney General, Governor, US Reps, County Councilman (who I recall personally passed out water for the long lines during some of the previous elections), additional funding for local school buildings modernization and maintenance, bridges and roads infrastructure repairs, legalization of Marijuana, etc.
NO way in hell was I sitting that out or only filling out the ballot questions. FUCK THAT.
