Just got tested by my PCP and I have very low T. Had to do 2 blood test for insurance purposes. Did all that and I have to meet my deductible before they will start paying for my injections. Basically this will be out of pocket for me as my deductible is pretty high.

They have me taking 1mL Testosterone Cypionate every two weeks to start. Today will be my first injection. 2 doses cost me $35.00.
From what I have been reading, a lot of guys are doing weekly injections. After this first month, I'll get w/ my doc to see if we will start on weekly injections. If I'm going to be doing this treatment, I want to make sure I'm geting the best results.

I have been extremely sluggish and knew something was up. Finally got my ass tested to confirm that I have been dealing w/ Low T.

I'll update this thread in a few months w/ an update on how I feel.
Strange your PCP has you doing it every 2wks when the half-life of Cypionate is 8 days. Should be taken every wk.

....because he has me taking it every 2 weeks?
Mood swings - For the 1st week, the ratio of test to estrogen is high; test will be relatively high compared to estrogen. You feel upbeat, focused and have a greater sense of wellbeing. 2nd week, the amount of test drops by half (half-life). You don't feel as upbeat and focused as the 1st week and you usually experience an increase in estrogen due to some of the test being converted to estrogen.

Man tits - With the increase in estrogen, you retain water and, if you're not taking an estrogen blocker, you eventually start getting gyno (man tits).

This is why you should be taking it every week and you should be taking an estrogen blocker.

Thanks for the input. I'll discuss w/ my doc

Also..... by introducing exogenous testosterone into your system, your pituitary gland is going to shut down what little natural test production that you did have... fuck around and get caught with no exogenous testosterone and no natural.... talk about feeling like a lil hoe....
