The biggest issue with this is finding a payment processor that will accept payments for adult content. For a while there, financial institutions were cracking down on accepting money for anything that was remotely associated with porn. That alone may be the real reason Onlyfans was threatening to go "legit" a couple of years ago.

I really would like to know how Onlyfans got around the payment processing issue.

If they were truly independent they would have their own website like a lot of them use to back in the day but that requires actual work. Can't compare the sex industry to event and food vendors totally different game all together. Pimps and hoes are the same as a Boss and his workers most don't like to look at it like that but at the end of the day that's all it is.

First of to use the term pimp is outlandish. Pimps get all the money not some not a lil but all. A manager would get 15-25 percent. The creators only get 20 percent which take him out of pimp talk. He just smart enough to understand if you get a bunch of people together 20 percent adds up. as far as websites yrs ago you know it was somebody making them, taking pics/ videoing them, editing pics/vids, posting content, updating content, etc.. that means they were coming out of pocket anyway, also they had to promote, build their own brand, etc.. this way of connecting to an already built in fanbase where they got to do less work and go home with 80 percent b4 taxes is way easier for most. In fact it hasn’t been this many content creators ever cause this type of platform exist. Thats why more hoes over a decade ago were performing for major labels and really getting crumbs, not now

I think maybe because they offer a certain amount of non-sex content, but hell look at the money they're bringing in......
