Murphys bar in midtown Memphis TN was a hellish scene tonight after Jared McLemore, set himself on fire while streaming the act on Facebook Live. According to reports he died of his injuries by the next morning.

Pattaya | An American tourist was almost killed this morning by local fishermen who mistook him for a bull shark.
27-year old David Smith and two of his friends were enjoying the first day of a two-week vacation in Thailand and had decided to spend some time at the beach.
Around 10:00 AM, Mr. Smith moved a few hundred meters away from his friends in order to put on a fake shark fin and pull a prank on them.
He started swimming towards the beach with only the fin emerging from the water, provoking an instant reaction from the local fishermen.
More than a dozen fishing boats filled with men armed with harpoons encircled the young man only 20 meters away from his friends.
They fired dozens of projectiles in his direction and speared him a total of nine times before they realized their mistake.
According to Francis McKensie, one of the victim’s friends who witnessed the incident, the fishermen reacted extremely fast and “fired without thinking”.

Oregon parents who believe in faith healing charged with murder after newborn baby girl dies
Sarah Mitchell, a member of Followers of Christ Church, gave birth to twin girls, Gennifer and Evelyn, on March 5 at her parents' Oregon City home.
According to KATU 2, Gennifer suffered breathing problems and died a few hours after she was born. Authorities believe the twins were born prematurely and said no one called 911 to get the baby medical assistance. Instead they turned to prayer and anointing oil.
At the time of the death Mitchell's husband Travis was present at the home, along with family members and people from the church, the outlet reported.
According to Oregon Live, a search warrant affidavit states that a church elder alerted the county's medical examiner officer about the death about 90 minutes after it occurred.
Eric Tonsfeldt, the medical examiner who responded to the home, stated that the family gave him "vague" answers about what led to Gennifer's death.
Sarah and Travis reportedly said that their daughter was alive for about four hours before she became "less fussy" and lethargic. A caretaker was the one who noticed the baby had stopped breathing.
Tonsfeldt also said no one initially told him about the second baby, Evelyn. When the family refused to get her medical attention to make sure she was OK, the examiner called police.

The baby was eventually taken to Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland for treatment.
Followers of Christ Church has come under fire in the past for their controversial practices.
In 2011, Sarah's sister and brother-in-law, Shannon and Dale Hickman, were sentenced to more than six years in prison after their newborn premature son died a few hours after he was born.

Scott, who listed her employer as the “porn industry” on the arrest affidavit, was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. Scott and Anderson have been in an “intimate relationship” for six months, according to the arrest affidavit, but in a handwritten motion filed on Monday, she asked a judge for permission to travel to Los Angeles — where she says she lives with her husband, Zachary Lecompte-Goble.
Scott and Lecompte-Goble married last April in Las Vegas, according to marriage records. Lecompte-Goble had recently worked as a booking agent for conservative author Milo Yiannopoulos, according to The Smoking Gun.

The young couple and their toddler son lived in the basement of Floyd and Martha Rusk’s home, and it was Jessica’s mother who called 911 for help after the shooting, reported 11Alive.
While deputies were on their way to the scene, Mr Rusk reportedly grabbed a gun and shot McNulty, killing him. The 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jessica Rusk was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in stable condition and she is expected to make a full recovery.
So far, no charges have been filed against Floyd Rusk in connection to the deadly shooting, but it will by up to the district attorney to make the final determination following a review of the case.
