The show is not accurate to the book re Qarth. In the book, they attended events in Qarth where all of the women wore fine garments with one tit out, including Dani. Apparently, the showrunners, and Emilia felt that they had enough nudity already and passed on making it a big deal, hence this thread...Just started watching GOT again ...i`m on season 2 when she just got to Qarth the greatest city that ever was or will be ...lol
