This thread is train wreck..

But I come in all the time to look at just how bad

S/N...Pinky was NEVER cute..even at her best weight.

She was enthusiastic in her work. That makes up for any other shortcomings she may have had. In my opinion, the prettiest porn actress was Kiwi from the old Booty Talk days, followed by Victoria Allure.

All jokes aside... Where she is at, at the moment is a cause for concern.

I hope what I'm about to say makes sense... But she look sick. I guess cause in a way she doesn't look healthy whatsoever.

Clearly she has been going to the gym, trying to work out, but yet she has become more obese.

That amount of fat on her body structure is no bueno...

I can say a lot more but I'm going to leave it there for now.......

A few squats without fork control don't mean nothing. Besides for some people the gym is a hangout.

She'll never lose weight if she's still puffin' on that bush. Pinky's already proven she and food have a real tight relationship.

Give her another year. If she's still the same size put those fantasies to rest she's done.
 
Gym dont matter at her age if you dont fix the diet.

She needs to be on a 1000 calorie diet the most for a year with cardio 3x a week.
I agree, but 1000cals/day for a whole year is a bit harsh. Let's say if she's currently taking in 3000cals/day and you drop her down to 1000cals, that's a 2000cal/day deficit or 14,000cal/week. There are 3500cals per lb., so she'd lose 4lbs a week. It's doable, but harsh. She'd lose 20lbs the first month,. 5lbs of water weight + (4lbs/week x 4wks) = 20lbs. After the first month, will need to increase the carb intake to 1200-1500. I'd include one day/wk of HIIT with the weekly cardio.
 
Kindofa hobby of mine is guessing women's measurements and weight, just by sight...

I don't know her height/weight, but..I'd guess about 4'10" and 200 lbs.

At 4'10..she should be no more than 120ish.
 
Again she don’t have to lose a ton of weight but she needs to drop a little weight that would help out a lot. If she was to get really thin she would look old as hell….But right now she is a little bit too big.
