The more I think about it, they don't have a strong case for a murder charge or something with football numbers like most of us want. I suspect that he is trying to get money out of Diddy. He obviously needed money, otherwise he would have kept laying low. Supposedly he was cut off by family and his gang and wasn’t doing too well. I find it hard to believe that he went on Vlad, worked on a book and kept bullets from the murder weapon for no reason. He is a better criminal than that.

This may angry some, but Anderson actions are valid, Pac started it and he finished it. If I'm a gandbanger armed with a gun and so happen to driving passed the car carrying the fool who jumped me with his friends, the outcome will be shootout. Just as the uncle said, Pac looked like he was reaching cause he recognized his nephew. Pac just got taken out first, it is simple.

I have people trying to invent beef with me all the time, chasing me around in cars. They might invade your personal space with overt surveillance just hoping you will respond. Once you do, they claim victimhood or they start a fight that they always wanted. If you respond you look like the aggressor.
One tactic they might use is trying to entice you with some type of opportunity and use that to create some close interaction that will lead to the conflict they always wanted. This is common with people I am dealing with overseas.
I have 30-40 people, you can't peon battle with everybody on the street. Security is vital to keep these fools away and establishing that not just anybody off the street can just come up on you. You also have to turn into a homebody, going out is not a good idea.
Here they followed him aggressively which isn't illegal but triggered a conflict that led to his arrest. They are claiming victimhood, SVU status, and crying.

In one of those interviews, Keefe D said Puffy called after the shooting and asked "Was that us?" Lock his zesty ass up too. Because after watching every Vlad, Bomb First, and Art Of Dialogue video concerning the Death Row vs Bad Boy beef, all this shit was really between Suge and Puff.
