If people were skrugglin under Trump and then skrugglin under Biden, and all they see is further skruggle under Harris or another Trump term, then they become more and more apathetic. If they turn on the news and see all kinds of money going to the Ukraine or Israel or immigrants pouring across the border and getting free shit, they get more and more angry.
