I'm not judging these women, but I don't think it's an accurate statement to say that they are the same as a chick with a past. A woman who is considered a hoe might have a body count in the hundreds, a porn star (not to be confused with a porn actress) will have a body count in the thousands. You add that to the fact that a lot (not all) of porn stars transition to escorting, that will take a mental and emotional toll on a woman that the standard "hoe" won't have to deal with.
