Thought it did way better in theatres but it didnt... Only 24 million on a 10 million dollar budget... Still my fave heist movie and 1 of my fave Vietnam war movies

I concur. Black movies have a way of doing a lot on smaller budgets.

Every time I hear Al Green 'Tired of being alone' I think about Chris Tucker overdosed with his eyes glassed over

Oh, and I was in love with rose Jackson back in the day.

Trying to stay on topic I'll go with the following

1. When a Hong Kong action director retells the story of the Musketeers

2. This was under the Radar and had the same vibe (some of the same actors) as a Guy Ritchie Film
I didn't know that it was also called the "51st State"

3. John Woo + Chow Yun-Fat!

I like those passing for white flicks from the 30s, 40s, and 50s. This shit is funny to me, but many were pretty good.

This film has fallen off the earth. A great film about the Haitian Revolution disguised by a white romance film.

Looks can be deceiving.

Love this flick. I watch it at least once a year. Buy the blu-ray! It's a beautiful transfer.
