Why wouldn't be beat the murder charge with time of death? This is a federal agent we are talking about; I'm sure forensic would verify everything, from bullets to time that Greg died; so with ghost saying he was in the club all night how could he have killed Greg? There would be camera footage showing he was at the club at the time of death; shit is really that simple
