Tariq is just the most disgusting brother ever. I just watched the show just now and...wow. I wasn't expecting this at all.
I'm loving the show though because it is impossible to keep a drug organization running like a Swiss watch.
Tasha with her impulsive shit, now on her third dick not paying attention to her kids. The stupidest thing she did was take that white dudes money... AFTER ghost got out of jail. If power was on a major Network like HBO it would be the second most popular show on TV behind Game of Thrones

The actress who played Raina said he didn't even help me, lol. She confronted an armed killer with leave my brother alone. She got herself shot. That was a man armed with a gun. She knew that. She said she knew who ray ray was. Welp.
What was Tariq supposed to do? Why did she come outside and get involved? Tariq had gotten away already. I guess hiding the end of the alley qualifies as getting away on this show. Ray ray pulled out an immediately shot her. There wasn't time for her or him to react. He wasn't close enough either. Also, he's a kid who had just escaped from an armed adult who was trying to kill him. He was in flee mode.

Raina character was barely on this show....and they finally give her a few more lines just to kill her character and to use her as a way to bring some sort of conflict to the show lol........ I don't know what happened to Power this year but its been so bad it probably deserves to be cancelled and just start over with a new show.
Hell naw....IMO, being on Starz and being one of its highest rated shows is a big part of why its popular.
Power first few episodes everyone talked about because nothing was on that Sunday night....now its all about Game of Thrones, Insecure, Ballers, etc.
Raina is barely in the show because the show isn't centered around the kids. She's a side, side character.
I don't have a problem with the Empire unraveling because that's what drug Empires do. Trying to stay relevant and on top of an illegal business where so much can and does go wrong and you can't trust anyone really. The only loyal one was Julio and they killed him off. He was a dude who stayed in his lane and did his job.
With ghost trying to go legit and everyone around him (Tasha, Tommy) bringing him back into the life. Ghost is gonna lose it with his lil girl gone
Not only that, ppl in real life do super dumb shit but somehow we expect tv characters to be smart and rational.

First off, they don't even show the other kid....it's like they wrote her off the show without telling anyone. Raina was just a step up from that. It's just sloppy writing and trying to develop too many plot twists and story lines. They aren't good enough to do it. Develop one then try and progress that story.

I get why they did....nobody watches new series on Saturday night. Sunday is prime for shows especially in the summer since the fall schedule hasn't hit yet. Power just got fucked over with GOT being pushed back this year.
